Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

•  Unworn and unused

•  In the same condition you received it

•  With original tags and packaging

•  Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@thelionpulse.com so we can resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

•  Sale items

•  Personalized or custom products

•  Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the correct item is to return the original and place a new order once the return is approved.

European Union

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason, provided the item is unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
